About Me

A dancer, with whom I worked closely for several years, once said to me that my “huge heart, laservision and dedication to supporting others” are my superpowers. As I find it notoriously difficult to put these things into words myself, I will just leave that here.

What I will say is that I am extremely organised and will put anything and everything into a spreadsheet. That, combined with a love for dance that came out of nowhere when I was five years old, is probably what has led me to this point.

Because I am passionate about dance as an art form, I believe in asking the difficult questions and working to improve the structures and conditions in the dance world – rather than just doing what has always been done.

Since graduating from the University of Copenhagen with a Master’s Degree in Dance and Cultural Studies, I have worked with companies such as the Royal Danish Ballet, Danish Dance Theatre, and English National Ballet.

I lived in London for a decade, and during that time, spent six wonderfully busy years at Askonas Holt, one of the world’s leading arts management agencies, where I was a senior member of the touring team, organising and leading tours worldwide for a wide range of orchestras and dance companies.

Particular highlights of those years include managing English National Ballet‘s performance of Akram Khan’s Dust at Glastonbury Festival in 2014, a London residency with the Australian Ballet in 2016, and an extensive tour across Asia with Nederlands Dans Theater in 2017. It was also an honour to bring the Vienna Philharmonic to the iconic Proms season at the Royal Albert Hall several times and to tour Japan with the Berliner Philharmoniker, experiencing the incredible fan culture that surrounds the orchestra there.

Most recently, after leaving the UK for my native Germany in 2020, I worked with the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company, first under the direction of Jacopo Godani and then Ioannis Mandafounis.

In the autumn of 2025 I did something that had been on my mind for a long time: I set up my own agency! Since then I have been nurturing a growing roster of choreographers, supporting them in all aspects of their careers.

I am based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany – but I work internationally!
